Do I own the copyright when I buy a photograph?
No. You own the physical artwork; James Fortune retains copyright and reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You may display it, lend it to exhibitions, resell it, and photograph it for insurance and personal records.

Commercial reproduction, merchandising, advertising, and any NFT or digital minting require written permission from the rights holder. Buying the physical edition does not transfer those rights.
